Product looks great! My issue was that there were no instructions included at all and nothing on the website. The major issue I had was that the screws used to mount the metal brackets on which the car hangs were too long and stick out the back significantly.

Arrived in very well-packaged condition, everything was as shown in the image on the website. Comes with wall mounting kit and double-sided adhesive Lego holders for both cars and characters. I thought that the Lego supports for attaching the toy cars were already placed on the base, but instead they have to be attached separately. . . They seem solid, and I hope they can withstand the weight of the toy cars over time. . . For now, I am satisfied with the purchase.
