How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Flexravault ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Will my order be delayed during holidays?

During peak holiday seasons, potential delays of up to one week may occur due to high courier volume. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Product Details

Are the LEGO® sets included with the frame?

No. To clarify, Flexravault provides premium display solutions; LEGO® bricks and models are not included and must be purchased separately.

How are the LEGO® pieces secured in the frame?

For our aluminum and specialized series, we use industrial-grade 3M adhesive. This ensures a rock-solid, stable assembly that keeps your model secure even when mounted vertically.

What is an "S-Class Crystal Mirror"?

It is an optical-grade mirror backplane used in our premium collections. It offers high-definition reflections with crystalline clarity, adding depth and a 360-degree visual experience to your display.

What is the difference between the Standard and Illuminated Edition?

The Illuminated Edition includes a custom-engineered integrated lighting system designed to highlight the intricate details of your model, creating a stunning cinematic effect.

Assembly & Maintenance

Is the display frame difficult to assemble?

Not at all! Our frames are designed for a seamless user experience. We provide clear instructions (and often video guides) to help you set up your Flexravault display in minutes.

How do I clean my display frame?

We recommend using a soft, microfiber cloth to gently wipe the surface. For the crystal mirror and acrylic components, avoid using harsh chemicals; a slightly damp cloth or specialized lens cleaner works best.

Returns & Support

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If you request a refund due to misunderstandings or personal reasonsafter placing an order but before the item has been shipped, we willcharge a 10% processing feeof the order amount (to cover platform commissions and administrative expenses).

How to return or exchange goods?

If you need a refund or exchange after receiving the goods, and the goods themselves have no quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided that the item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
